Tracking Time

Working virtually with cross-functional teams located in various time zones and speaking different languages can be an arduous task. Experienced Project Managers with years of practice can still struggle when the option to be onsite with a team is limited. There's no magic to doing it well but it does take certain skills to get it right.

Time is a resource that we cannot afford to waste. Apart from the reality of about 18 hours per day of useful time, most of us use the majority of our time trying to "catch up" on the things we have set aside for higher priorities.

Time Management is key.

As project managers working experienced in working with global teams, we are flexible and effecient to ensure that we are spending our time on the most important aspects of client projects.

Prioritization is the key step in time management. Levvitate facilitates the process to identify and prioritize during each phase of projects, starting with the project scope. Further, we use agile methods to deliver product, service and system functionality.

If you don't have tme to waste getting your next product, service or system to market, contact Levvitate to find out how we can help you stay on track.

Time waits for no one.
